Dahua Paper Company Nigeria Limited is located in Ogun State, Nigeria. The paper mill, which contains two production lines, covers an area of about 170,000 square meters. The Phase I production line has a 4 meters wide paper machine with a speed of 350 meters per minute, which is used for the manufacturing of corrugated paper, coated kraft paper, cardboard paper. Phase I daily output is 300 tons with an annual maximum capacity of 100,000 tons. The production line is equipped with high-precision calendering machine and rewinding machine etc. The Phase II production line has a 5.2 meters wide paper machine with a speed of 700 meters per minute, which has a capacity to produce 400,000 tons of base paper annually using advanced equipment and technology. In total, Phase I and Phase II production lines combined can produce more than 500,000 tons of all kinds of packaging paper annually. Under the current market, annual sales revenue is estimated to be about 400 million USD.
The paper mill is also equipped with a self-provided power plant covering an area of about 3,500 square meters. It contains a generator with a capacity of 22 megawatts and three boilers with capacities of 25, 45 ，75 and150tons respectively. In addition, it is equipped with two diesel generator sets with an individual capacity of 1,500 kilowatts and other supporting facilities.
Dahua Paper also constructed a sewage treatment plant with a daily treatment capacity of 50,000 tons. Two carton factories cover an area of about 56,000 square meters with a monthly output capacity of 50 million cartons, annual value of production is estimated to be about 120 million USD.
